Pounsley Road is a private road within Dunton Green, Kent. It is tranquil and picturesque backing on to both the Sevenoaks wild fowl reserve and the Darent river.
The road consists of 23 homes and possesses a friendly community atmosphere.

Hello Irina,
I’m glad you like the road. I’ve lived in it for 18 years and it is a lovely oasis, everyone is friendly and there is a real community atmosphere. Every year we have a road party and at guy fawkes Pete at the end of the road has a bonfire and we all bring along a firework.
Generally speaking people only leave if they outgrow their house and are always sad to leave.
I can really recommend the road as a place to live.

The road looks absolutely delightful, what is the parking situation like? Do lots of commuters leave their cars to travel from the station or is it allocated/permit parking?
We have looked at one property but we have 2 vehicles (one work and one personal) and don’t want to clog up the road.

Hi Natalie, Commuters are not allowed to park in the road , it’s for residents only. As you say parking is limited but most people are considerate and it’s unusual not to get parked though most houses just have one car which helps

Hi Rob, Firstly let me offer my condolences, I am very sorry to hear about your dad. John was a well known and well liked resident of the road. If you post me your email I can set you up with the right people to handle fees and get your dad’s share certificate transferred to you.
